It’s 6:25am. I’m still not getting going as early as I wanted to, but it never fails. …Before working I have to do like a “warm-up surf” before I attempt to actually begin the business of being productive. Thought I’d check my horoscope real quick from my most favorite-ist, most brilliant, “Cosmic-Scholar” Astrologist, Rob Brezney. I believe his horoscopes must be thee most thought-provoking, educational, insightful, empowering and intelligent horoscopes I’ve read to date. Sometimes I have to read them twice with a dictionary and encyclopedia in hand!
They are so very smart. ….And the accuracy, don’t make me go there. …Frighteningly accurate most times, and I just had one of those moments, hence this post. Sometimes, it’s not accurate in that very moment, but it ends up being accurate. As I was reading this horoscope, I thought: I could not have articulated precisely how I’ve been feeling lately better than Rob Brezney himself just did! It is truly, exactly where I’ve been lately: A little indignant, creating new things and ideas as a result or irritation, getting worked up and frustrated easily by the ridiculousness of some, and feeling like at the end of the day, it’s all “stressed out stupidity” as he says. And ultimately knowing that the real prescription is patience and calm.
In the past I think I’ve mentioned {jokingly} that I’m a proselytizer for just a few, special, special, special things, or people, …or places maybe. That would make me a proselytizer for SunRa, The Berlin Reunion and Rob Brezney!!! I’ve always sung his praises, but today? Today was special. …Today I didn’t need to wait and see if accuracy played out, he got me right where I am NOW. This is my horoscope here below, I hope you’ll go look at yours, tell me what you think. Don’t rush to make a judgement on his accuracy, sometimes you gotta give it a minute :
Aries (March 21-April 19) . “Indignation is one of the most rewarding of emotions,” writes Theodore Dalrymple, “as well as one that automatically gives meaning to life . . . There is nothing like irritation to get the juices circulating and the mind working.” Of all the ideas that have made me irritable and indignant in recent weeks, this one steams me the most. I disagree so completely that I am practically beside myself with paralyzing rage. And as I plunge my attention further and further into his ridiculous proposal, I feel the tension coursing through my body. I sense my mind becoming swampy, my perceptions distorted. There’s a good chance that I am inducing in myself a state of stressed-out stupidity. Please don’t follow my example, Aries. It’s possible that sour fury could be useful to you at other times, but right now you should avoid it. If you want your intelligence to work at peak efficiency in the coming days, you’ll need long stretches of tender, lucid calm.
